Meatloaf<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/p>\n

Combine all ingredients, adding blonde ale<\/a> last, and mix by hand until well blended.<\/p>\n

Form mixture into individual meatloaves or one large loaf. Mixture can also be frozen until needed later.<\/p>\n

If making individual sized loves, two slices of bacon may be wrapped around each loaf for extra flavor.<\/p>\n

Cook for 35 minutes or until 165\u00b0F internal temperature.<\/p>\n

Demi-Glace<\/strong><\/p>\n

Melt butter in saut\u00e9 pan on medium-high heat.<\/p>\n

Add mushrooms and saut\u00e9 until soft (3 – 4 minutes).<\/p>\n

Add 1\/4 cup of stout<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Add a couple tablespoons of demi-glace concentrate and stir well.<\/p>\n

Finally add water and simmer on stove for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n
